3. SMS and Communication Guidelines

3.2 Anti-Spam

• Do not use purchased or scraped contact lists
• Do not send messages to people who didn't request them
• Respect messaging frequency limits

4. Payment Processing Guidelines

When processing payments through chairOS:

• Clearly describe services and pricing
• Process refunds in accordance with your policies
• Do not process payments for prohibited goods/services
• Comply with all payment card industry regulations
• Report suspected fraud immediately

4.1 Prohibited Transactions

You may not use chairOS to process payments for:
