3. SMS and Communication Guidelines
When using SMS and email features, you must:
3.1 TCPA Compliance
- Obtain proper consent before sending SMS messages
- Honor opt-out requests immediately
- Only send messages relevant to your business relationship
- Include clear identification of your business
- Provide easy opt-out instructions
3.2 Anti-Spam
- Do not send unsolicited commercial messages
- Do not use purchased or scraped contact lists
- Do not send messages to people who didn't request them
- Respect messaging frequency limits
4. Payment Processing Guidelines
When processing payments through chairOS:
- Clearly describe services and pricing
- Process refunds in accordance with your policies
- Do not process payments for prohibited goods/services
- Comply with all payment card industry regulations
- Report suspected fraud immediately
4.1 Prohibited Transactions
You may not use chairOS to process payments for:
- Illegal products or services
- Adult content or services
- Gambling or gaming (except where legally permitted)
- Controlled substances
- Weapons or explosives
- Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
5. Content Guidelines
Content you create or share through chairOS must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Not violate others' intellectual property rights
- Not contain malware or malicious code
- Not promote violence or harm
- Comply with applicable advertising standards
- Not contain explicit adult content
6. Fair Use of Resources
We provide shared resources to all users. You must use resources responsibly and not:
- Consume excessive bandwidth or storage
- Create artificial load or stress on systems
- Use the Service in ways that degrade performance for others
- Store or transmit unusually large files
7. Data Privacy and Security
You must:
- Protect customer data and privacy
- Comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

8. Monitoring and Enforcement
